| 私は、外国人が日本で直面する様々な困難や課題に対して、仕事や教会で支援しています。 彼らは日本のコミュニティで繋がりを築き、良好な関係を構築することができません。 その理由の一つは彼らが日本語を話せないことです。そのため、私は420時間の上級日本語教師養成コースに入学し、修了しました。 私は数年前から仲間と一緒に、地域の子供や大人に日本語を教えてきました。 それ以来、協力関係を通じて多文化社会の推進を続けています。 この4月から、公立小中学校でICTサポーターとして新しい仕事を始めます。私は、プライベートでも外国人に日本語を教えることを続けたいと思っています。 私のレッスンでは、なぜ日本語を学び上達させたいのか、そしてあなたのニーズに合わせて試みます。 他の言語を学ぶことは非常に難しいことを知っていますし、特に漢字は非常に難しいでしょう。 しかし、モチベーションを保つことが非常に重要です。 私のレッスンは実践的にし、自信をつけるために多く話す機会を与えたいと思っています。 日本語を学ぶ際には、初めは多くの間違いをするかもしれませんが、完璧であることよりも日本語を使うことが重要です。 私は日本語の学習者がリラックスして楽しいレッスンを受けることを望んでいます。 クラスであなたの「友達」になり、たくさん話すことができるようにしたいです。 I have been supporting with foreigners who face many struggles and challenges in Japan as my job and at church. They cannot connect and establish a good relationship in Japanese community. One of reasons is they cannot speak Japanese language, so I decided to enrollee into a 420hours Advanced Japanese teacher Training Course and have finished it. I have been teaching Japanese to kids and adults in my community and as my job since a couple years ago with my crew. We also have continued to promote multicultural society through the cooperative relationship since then. I will start a new job, ICT supporter at public elementary and junior high school from this April. I would like to continue to teach Japanese to foreigners as private too as my job. In my lesson, I would like to know why you want to learn and improve your Japanese and try to fit your needs. I know learning another language is very hard, especially Kanji will be very hard you. But keeping the motivation is very important. I would like to make my lesson practical and let you speak a lot to get confidence. As for learning Japanese, you may make many mistakes in the beginning but trying to use Japanese is more important than making sure everything is perfect. I would like my Japanese language students relax and have fun in the lessons. I want to be your ‘friend’ in the class to talk a lot. |
